Meaning
Pangea was a supercontinent that existed around 200 million years ago during the late Paleozoic and early Mesozoic eras. It was a massive landmass where almost all of Earth’s continents were joined together as one. Over millions of years, Pangea began to break apart due to plate tectonics, eventually forming the continents as we see them today.
